Report a rejected fileSome application portals require a file to be no smaller than 10 KB and no larger than 20 KB. A normal compressor only targets the upper limit and can make the file too small. This page presets both boundaries so the result lands inside the accepted 10–20 KB range while retaining as much detail as possible.

Some portals use a minimum file size as a basic quality check. An aggressively compressed or nearly blank image can fall below it, so meeting only the 20 KB maximum is not always enough.
Yes. JPG normally gives the best balance of detail and file size for photographs. For a simple signature, PNG can stay crisp, but JPG is more likely to fit a tight range.
